Paulette, ‘The Great Impression’ At Silverton, Las Vegas- Aug 31st, 7:00 PM

Hey!! VIVA, LAS VEGAS!

Yep, we’re headed there and super excited. We have 2 options for residency:  1. They might be thrilled with the performance, possibly hiring us.  2. We will continue 4 wall, (my fav option)

We hope to add 2 beautiful showgirls with headdresses and long gowns so that we remain kid-friendly.

I’ll be performing many vocal impressions and intonations for a variety of ages in our audience: Merman, Streisand, the Little Mermaid, Della Reese, Ad Libs, Leo Sayer, Tina Turner, Karen Carpenter, Gloria Gaynor, Dolly Parton, Eddie Holman, Alicia Bridges, Frankie Valli, Ann Wilson, Donna Summer, Cher, the Bee Gees..  This is a kid friendly show!   Here is the link to purchase tickets: https://silvertoncasino.com/entertain/paulette-the-great-impression/

I lost over 40 lbs for this show.  I’m still Miss Volupto but I look much better now!  My first photo shoot (above) was edited to reflect my weight loss.  I struggle with weight…basically because I LOVE eating! 😉  One day, I’ll show my heavier pics.

Below is our old poster image, which I LOVED but it was just too busy. I loved it because it hid my chinny-chin-chin 🙂  I digitally painted the pop stars below:

(Off topic: I left the world of economics, observing day-trading and geo-politics almost 5 years ago because the world has enough talking heads on those subjects, they don’t need mine.    I closed my website, deleted all of my social media accounts and am so much happier now.   People need more joy. They want to smile.  They love hearing a person singing.  That’s what the world needs now! Smiles and singing & thats God’s mission for Miss Paulette for the next few years.)

David and I are going to be starring Chuck Brown as Elvis Presley!! I will warm up the audience with Patsy Cline hits and Chuck will thrill your night with a BIG Elvis show, complete with top notch costuming:  Elvis in Leather!

Paulette Rockir Performs At Hassaympa, Prescott For RWOP. It Was A GREAT SHOW!

April 2nd, 2017:  The Volupto Voice, aka: Paulette Rockir performed for the RWOP women.  Featured also was Jay Hudson and his wife, Sue.

Paulette performed 15 rousing #’s from Broadway to Streisand to Donna Summer to Patsy Cline to Gloria Gaynor and even Tina Turner! 

Jay showed up as the Rhinestone Cowboy and KC from the Sunshine Band.  Sue, Jay’s wife performed Nancy Sinatra’s song: “These Boots are made for walking”.

 

The women were absolutely a GREAT audience and it was an honor to entertain them!

Coming Soon! “MERMANESQUE!”

 

We will be performing our Ethel Merman/Streisand tribute but it has been renamed “Mermanesque”.   Stay updated.  We are looking into the “Harberger Theater”, Scottsdale.

We have rewritten our show.  It is a spoof about the ‘faux’ life of Ethel Merman and her family.  The stage is set in Ethel’s dressing room on Broadway.  Although we had a smaller audience in Scottsdale, the reception we received was thrilling.  People loved the first act of the show which was ala Merman  😉   Hence, Merman-esque.

So, we decided to make it all about Merman with a mix of Streisand  which will surprise everyone.  Songs include:  “There’s no business like show business”, “All I need is the girl”, “Broadway Babies”, “You’re just in love”, “I got rhythm”, “Don’t rain on my parade”, “People” and many more top Broadway hits.
